Sea salt crystals (Fleur de Sel) This is sea salt mined in Kampot province in Cambodia. This sea salt is obtained by evaporating seawater from saltwater bodies with little processing. Thus, all the minerals and trace elements are preserved: magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron and zinc, which are very beneficial for well-being. The special structure of the fine salt crystals is best harmonised when the dish is salted just before serving. It improves the taste of the food by enhancing its nutritional properties.
