Fermented Kampot Pepper in Fleur de Sel salt is a freshly salted and fermented pepper in crystals of Kampot Fleur de Sel salt from the same region. They have a rich and mildly spicy flavour and a distinct aroma with notes of thyme, eucalyptus and mint, which emerge when chewed. These peppercorns make a wonderful addition to meat and fish dishes, cheeses, soups, pâtés, omelettes, pasta, salads and sauces, and are perfect as a stand-alone snack and even in toast with jam or chocolate. Do not grind this type of pepper!

Ingredients: 80% peppercorns (Piper Nigrum), 20% salt

Origin: Cambodia
