Extra virgin olive oil made from unripe 100% MORESCA olives grown and hand-picked on a farm in Monti Iblei, Sicily. From 100 kg of olives, 10 l of olive oil are pressed. Unfiltered. The sediment in the oil is a guarantee of its quality and naturalness. The oil may change colour.

The oil is fresh from the 2021 pressing and is rated 95 out of a possible 100 by the Flos Olei guide!

Cooking recommendations: perfect for toasted bread, fresh cheeses, vegetable salads, stewed or roasted vegetables, raw fish or meat snacks, grilled fish or meat, pasta, rice and potato dishes. Suitable for frying.
