ZYLE Cold Smoke Generator, round

The stainless steel cold smoke generator ("spiral") is designed to give a distinctive aroma, taste and appearance to meat, fish, poultry or even cheeses processed by this smoking method.

The appliance is suitable for smokehouses, all gas and charcoal grills with a tightly closing lid. It can produce smoke for 10-22h depending on the quality of the dust, the compression when filling the generator, the opening of the air dampers and other factors.

Use: Fill the generator with the smoking dust of the wood species of your choice and light it with a spark plug. Once the dust has started to smoulder, you can remove the candle and start smoking the products you want. The air vents in the grill should be opened minimally (a few mm).
