An improved model of the 2022 200L smoker! The smokehouse is manufactured with wheelswhich run over both paving stones and grass. Sturdy handles makes it easy to turn the smoker. This innovation will appeal to those who like to relocate their smoker after smoking - in the pantry or garage.
The smoker comes complete with a top air control damper. Now you can adjust the temperature with both the lower and the upper air control damper. Even more precise temperature setting with the improved ROYAL GRILL thermometerwhich has a larger scale and is adapted to the lower temperatures of smokehouses.
The smokehouse is manufactured with thermal insulation and a specially designed wood firebox. The smoke flows directly from the firebox into the smoking chamber, which brings us closer to the ancient tradition of smoking food - the burning wood in the firebox produces a good aromatic smoke and flavour. This is a real smokehouse, with traditional cold, hot smoking from 10-110C. It is also possible to smoke-bake real American BBQ from 110-200C.
The smokehouse is safe to keep indoors, in a gazebo, on a terrace, outdoors. The smoker can smoke fish, meat, poultry, seafood, cheese, eggs, etc.
