The secret to a delicious pizza is a real live fire and a quality baking stone that retains heat. The pizza oven is characterised by hot air circulation and extremely high cooking temperatures. The pizza bakes extremely quickly. 60-90 seconds and it is ready to be served on your table. 

This Cozze 13TM pizza oven works with LPG (liquefied petroleum gas). The same, standard gas cylinder as gas grills. The gas cylinder is connected to the pizza oven in the same way as a gas grill, then the gas inlet from the cylinder is opened and the battery-operated igniter is pressed to light the oven burner. The lighter requires a standard AA battery, which must be purchased separately for the oven.

The oven has a U-shaped gas burner, which means that the flame in the oven burns simultaneously on both sides. The burner power of the oven can also be adjusted as in all gas grills. The gas burner has a flame guard which automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out for any reason, such as windy weather. The appliance is equipped with a thermometer that indicates the temperature inside the oven. To measure the temperature of the pizza stone, you should purchase a separate infrared meter.
