Balsamic vinegar BALSARDO, 250 ml

BALSARDO Balsamic Vinegar 250 ml is a sweet and sour balsamic vinegar that comes to us from Sardinia. Its taste is truly special thanks to the extremely long preparation process. It is produced by heating the grape seed must for 24 hours. After cooling, it is diluted with a little wine vinegar and transferred into wooden casks. The vinegar is kept for up to 6 years in the latter, giving it a unique taste and aroma.

Balsamic vinegar has an intense brown colour and a perfectly balanced, characteristic, sweet and sour taste. It is a thick and highly aromatic condiment for salads, vanilla ice-cream and other desserts, aged cheeses, and some vegetables such as beetroot. When used with olive oil, it makes a versatile and much-loved dressing for a wide range of leafy salads.

BALSARDO vinegar is also a perfect accompaniment for grilled vegetables and various meat dishes (especially beef, lamb and game).
