In 20 minutes. The Cozze 13 reaches the operating temperature required for cooking pizza in just 20 minutes. With this oven, you can bake pizzas up to 17 inches in diameter - 40 cm.

The secret to a delicious pizza is a real live fire and a quality baking stone that keeps the heat in. The pizza oven is characterised by hot air circulation and extremely high cooking temperatures. The pizza bakes extremely quickly. 60-90 seconds and it is ready to be served on your table. 

This oven is an electric appliance. Simply plug the plug into the socket, switch on the oven and then wait for the baking stone to heat up. The power of the heating resistors in the oven can be adjusted. The thermostat in the oven keeps the temperature even and constant. A digital display on the device shows the internal temperature of the oven. The oven can be set to a minimum temperature of 100°C and a maximum temperature of 450°C. The pizza loading flap can be closed, which speeds up the heating process and maintains even heat.
